What is the cost of RECO’s EOR service?

Our pricing is customized based on the number of employees, salary range, and specific HR requirements.

Typically, the deposit covers 1–2 months of employee payroll and related expenses.

RECO manages the full HR lifecycle on your behalf

  • EOR (Employer of Record): Reco becomes the legal employer of your staff. You do not need to set up a company in Vietnam. Reco handles all legal liability, contracts, and compliance.
  • Payroll: Your company remains the legal employer. You must have a registered entity in Vietnam. Reco simply acts as a service provider to calculate salaries, taxes, and insurance on your behalf.

In short: EOR is for hiring without a local office; Payroll is for companies that already have an office but want to outsource the paperwork.
